Gary Wackerlin's entire career has been spent
in finance and financial management. With 32 years of experience, he
has helped many businesses and individuals structure and meet their
financial objectives.
Gary has joined Verdant Partners to
implement a new financing strategy thereby working with clients to
meet short and long term capital needs. He will also be available to
assist with other financial consulting projects and business
valuations.
Gary spent 23 years in the banking business
and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of The First of
America Bank, Champaign County, Illinois. He then spent six years as
Vice President of Development for The Carle Foundation, a large
east-central Illinois health care system. Most recently he has been
involved with starting a new business in east-central Alabama.
Gary Wackerlin holds a BS in Economics and
Industrial Management from Purdue University and a MS in Finance
from the University of Illinois. He also attended the Graduate
School of banking at the University of Wisconsin, and the National
Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma.
