​Mr. Croegaert joined Verdant Partners in 2015 as an Associate and was promoted to a Director in 2019 and Partner in 2023. Mr. Croegaert's responsibilities include business development, buy and sell-side transaction advisory, strategic consulting, and financial valuation.  Prior to joining Verdant, Mr. Croegaert held positions with Deere & Co. and TIAA-CREF / Westchester, LLC. in accounting and asset management.

Mr. Croegaert attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he studied Agricultural Accounting.
