SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Mr. Helsby joined Verdant Partners in 2026 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Verdant Partners, George had 5 years of extensive, wide ranging corporate finance experience with Ernst & Young in New Zealand, Fonterra and TerraProtein Equity Partners. His responsibilities include financial modeling, valuations, industry analysis and transaction execution. 

George received a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Science from Long Island University - Brooklyn.
